Demo: medball get-up

3 sets:

5 minute AMRAP:

7 burpees

5 med ball get-ups (20/14)

3 KB Swings (53/35)

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

2 sets:

Partner medball sit up (40 reps each, choose weight)

Rest 90 seconds
