CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

Overhead Squat (3 reps every 2 minutes for 12 minutes @ 80 % )

Back Squat (max reps)

Use the same weight as your last overhead squat or 65% of your one rep max back squat.

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time:

600 meter run

12 box step overs (55/35 each hand)
17 minute time cap

Weighted Sit-ups (3 X 25)

1 minute rest between sets
