10 rep backsquat

Take 15 minutes to establish a 10 rep max backsquat

NOTE: It would be wise to do no more than 4 sets, allowing maximum recovery time between sets over tge course of 15 minutes.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min AMRAP:

Ladder up:

Burpees

DB Snatches (55/35)

1 of each, 2 of each, 3 of each etc. As high on the ladder as you can get in 10 minutes.

Cash out

3 sets:

25 weighted situps (45/25)

Rest 30 seconds
