10-15 minutes of full squat snatch technique

Then 10 minutes to find a 1RM Snatch

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

7 minutes AMRAP:

7 toes to bar

14 goblet squats

7 pull-ups

14 burpees

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.
