10 seconds of rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 air squats

5 burpees

Rest 2 minutes, then:

5 pushups

Rest 2 minutes, then:

3 minute AMRAP:

5 lunges

5 jumping jacks

Score is total reps.
