3 sets:

25 elbow jacks

Rest as needed (sub with 25 situps)

Metcon (Time)

For time:

Run 800m

Then 3 rounds:

25 lunges

25 push-ups

25 air squats

800m run

NOTE: if this volume of push-ups is too difficult, you may use an incline or wall push-ups to still achieve the desired number of reps, but also maintain intensity and build muscular endurance.
