Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

100 flutter kicks

Rest 1 minute

3 sets:

25 air squats

Rest 1 minute

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by burpees

Every minute until failure:

Minute 1: 1 burpee

Minute 2: 2 burpees

Minute 3: 3 burpees, etc

Keep adding 1 rep each minute until you fail to complete the workload in a minute.
