Every Minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

1) 30 seconds max effort burpees

2) 30 seconds max effort lunges

Go back and forth between the two every minute on the minute until 20 minutes has elapsed.

Add up your reps for one total score.

30 sit-ups

Rest one minute
