5 rounds for time:

20 burpees

25 air squats

20 sit-ups

Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate 3 minutes of planking

NOTE: this does not have to be a solid three minutes. Accumulate in whatever size sets you want, as long as you accumulate 3 minutes total.
