3 sets:

Max effort unbroken flutter kicks

Rest 2 minutes

NOTE: “unbroken” means without stopping. If you stop or rest, you’re done

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

2 minutes of air squats

1 minute rest

1 minute of push-ups

1 minute of jumping jacks

1 minute rest

2 minutes of burpees

1 minute rest

3 scores: total reps (air squats+push-ups+jumping jacks+burpees) each round
