Tabata Test (1 Rounds for reps)

Tabata 8 rounds:

20 seconds of work

10 seconds rest

Air squats

Immediately into 8 tabata rounds of

Push-ups

Immediately into 8 tabata rounds of

Sit-ups

Immediately into 8 tabata rounds of

Lunges

Immediately into 8 tabata rounds of

Burpees

This workout should take a total of 20 minutes. Please add all of your reps together for one score.
