25 situps

Rest 1 minute between sets

5 sets:

25 lunges

Rest 90 seconds between sets

5 sets:

15 pushups

Rest 2 minutes between sets

5 sets:

25 air aquats

Rest 90 seconds between sets

Total time for completion should not exceed 30 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

50 jumping jacks

Rest 3 minutes
