Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

25 stationary lunges

30 second plank hold

1 minute rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

Ladder up:

1 burpee

1 sit-ups

1 air squat

1 push-up

1 jumping jack

Then 2 of each, then 3 of each, etc. as high on the ladder as possible in 20 minutes.
