Tabata rowing for total meters

Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. You should be able to find a Tabata timer in the App Store on your phone

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Tabata lunges for 8 rounds

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Rest 2 minutes, then:

Tabata situps for 8 rounds
