10 elbow jacks

10 KB Swings (choose weight)

Rest 2 minutes,

2 min AMRAP:

10 weighted situps (choose weight)

10 air squats

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

20 minute EMOM:

1) 30 second ME CAL row

30 second rest

2) 30 second ME wallball (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

400m sled pull (same weight as monday)
