Sandbag carry and squats should be done in one unbroken set without putting the sandbag down. Modify sandbag with DBall, but still carry in anterior bearhug position.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

200m Run

15 Wallballs

10 Burpees
Score is total rounds completed out of a possible 6 rounds.
