25 weighted sit-ups

Rest 30 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min AMRAP:

10 burpees

10 cal assault bike

3 minute rest

At the 9 minute mark:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min. AMRAP:

10 KB Swings

10 cal row

Rest 3 minutes

At the 18 minute mark:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min AMRAP:

10 burpees

10 cal assault bike

10 KB Swings

10 cal row

100m sled pull+farmers carry (same as Monday)
