CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM 6:

1) 30 seconds of mountain climbers

30 seconds of rest

2) 100m run

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min. AMRAP:

10 calorie row

10 burpees over the rower

Rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

10 wallballs (choose weight)

10 DB snatches (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

100m sled pull

Rest 60 seconds (same as last weeks weight)
