20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Every 30 seconds for 20 minutes:

1) Max Calorie Row

30 second rest

2) Max manmaker (choose weight)

Rest 30 seconds

Total calories

Total manmaker reps

Metcon (Weight)

1 set:

200m farmer carry (same weight as last week)

Immediately into:

Metcon (Weight)

1 set:

200m sled pull (same weight as last week)
