Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

10 box stepovers (choose weight)

10 wallballs (choose weight)

10 weighted situps (choose weight)

100 ft bear crawl

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull + front rack sandbag hold (3/4 bodyweight)
