Metcon (Weight)

5 Sets:

5 KB Thrusters (One KB in each hand)

100ft Double KB FR Walk

5 KB Thrusters (One KB in each hand)

1:00 Rest
Use same weight for Thrusters and Farmer Carry and try to go heavy.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Every 1:30 for 15:00 (10 rounds)

15 KB swings

10 wallballs

5 Burpees
Score is total rounds with all reps completed, with a max possible score of 10.

Metcon (No Measure)

4 sets:

15 Russian twists

15 Toe Touches

1:00 rest
