15 ring rows

15 pushups

1 minute rest

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

10 minute AMRAP:

3 jumping pull-ups

3 burpees

6 DB Snatches (choose weight)

6 burpees

9 wallballs (choose weight)

9 burpees

12 calorie row

Rest 3 minutes

Each round is 48 reps. As many reps as possible in each of the 3 rounds.
