Metcon (No Measure)

Tabata Elbow jacks

Metcon (2 Rounds for calories)

20 minute capacity test

10 minutes of assault bike for max calories

Immediately followed by

10 minutes of rowing for max calories

Find a pace you can maintain and build on. Do not sprint as hard as you can in the beginning, or your score will reflect a much poorer performance than you are capable of.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

Bodyweight sled pull for 100 meters

Rest 60 seconds

No stopping.
