Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

100 ft. Sandbag bearhug carry (1-2 bags)

15 sandbag back squats (1 bag)

10 hand release push-ups

5 burpees over the sandbag

100 ft. Bear crawl

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull (10#s heavier than Wednesday, no stopping)
