CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 sets:

300m run

Rest 1 minute
If you cannot run 300m in less than 2 minutes, do 200m instead

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 sets:

3 minute AMRAP:

12 calorie bike ride

Max effort dumbbell thrusters until 2 minute mark (choose weight)

Rest 1 minute

Score is total dumbbell thrusters

Metcon (Weight)

200m farmer carry (at least 35# each hand men, 26# each hand women)
