21 minute EMOM:

1) 18 medball stepovers (24/20) (choose weight)

2) 18 ball slams

3)18 wallballs (choose weight)

Up 3 reps from 1-20-17

Scored as 1 point per completed round, with a max score of 21.

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull+farmer carry (20# heavier on sled than last week)
