Bootcamp KB week 2 (Weight)

Every 90 seconds for 5 sets:

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

1 minute ME wallballs (choose weight)

30 second hollow hold

rest 30 seconds

45 second ME HR Pushups

rest 15 seconds

1 minute ME Cal Assault bike

rest 2

Bootcamp Sled walk 1200m (Weight)

same weight previous
