25 UB KB Swings

plank hold until 1 minute make

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

4 rounds:

1 min ME weighted box step overs

1 min flutter kicks

1 min seated dumbbell

1 min rest

Metcon (Weight)

1200m sled pull
