Every 90 seconds for 5 sets:

25 UB RKB Swings (choose weight)

plank until 1:10

rest 20 seconds

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

45 sec ME DB front squats (choose weight)

rest 15 sec

45 sec ME DB Push Press

15 sec rest

1 min ME assault bike for CALS

rest 1 minute

Metcon (Weight)

1200m sled pull
