Metcon (Time)

10 rounds:

10 KB Swings (choose weight)

30 air squats

50 foot bear crawl

2 rope planks

30 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100 ft. Heavy sandbag walk

Rest 30 seconds
