Metcon (No Measure)

8 rounds:

Tabata elbow jacks

8 rounds:

Tabata air squats

Metcon (10 Rounds for reps)

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:

100m sprint

50 ft bear crawl

Log each individual time.

Metcon (Time)

Once fully recovered:

50 KB Swings (Russian choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull (same weight as monday)
