Metcon (Time)

2 rounds, for time:

300m run

50 foot walking lunge

25 weighted situps

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

10 cal assault bike ride

10 bear hug med ball squats (choose weight)

10 cal row

100 foot sandbag bear hug (1-2 sandbags)

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull (20#s heavier than last week)

Rest 1 minute
