Bootcamp KB week 2 (Weight)

Every 90 seconds for 5 sets:

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Metcon (Calories)

5 minutes of assault bike
rest one minute, then 3 sets:

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

45 seconds of box jump overs

15 seconds of rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

45 seconds of weighted twists

15 seconds rest

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

45 seconds of burpees

15 seconds rest

Metcon (Weight)

1200m sled pull (same weight as last week)
