25 ball slams

25 Med ball situps

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 24 minutes:

1) 17 KB Swings (choose weight)

2) 12 box stepovers

3) 7 burpees

Each completed minute is considered a rep.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m sled pull (same weight as Monday)

60 second rest
