45 second wall sit

15 second rest

30 second jumping pull-up

30 second rest

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes:

1 min ME assault bike

1 min ME burpees

1 min rest

Metcon (Weight)

800m sled pull
up 10 pounds from last week
