Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

20 dumbbell sit-ups (choose a dumbbell weight)

Rest 30 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

On a running 10 minute clock:

60 calorie assault bike

As many burpees as possible in remaining time

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Metcon (Time)

20 burpees

70 calorie row

NO CAP

Metcon (Weight)

100m sled pull immediately followed by 100m farmer carry

(Same weights as Wednesday)
