Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

One minute of sit-ups

One minute of rest

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

6 sets:

1 minute max effort assault bike

1 minute mace effort dumbbell lunge (choose weight)

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

100m reverse sled pull (same weight as Wednesday)

Rest 60 seconds
