30 second rest

45 second plank hold

15 second rest

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

12 minute AMRAP:

Row 10 calories

15 wallballs (choose weight)

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Rest 5 minutes, repeat.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

100m reverse sled pull

(Same weight as Monday)

Rest 60 seconds
