CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

25 sit-ups

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

5 sets:

4 minute AMRAP:

10 burpees over the rower

10 calorie row 50 ft. Bear crawl

Rest 2 minutes

Each bear crawl counts for 10 reps

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

Reverse sandbag drag x 150 feet

Rest 1 minute

NOTE: please do these indoors. Grab one end of the sandbag and take a low position with your chest up and drag it in reverse.
