Tabata flutter kicks

Tabata ball slams (choose weight)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

100m run

10 DB Snatches

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min. AMRAP:

100 ft. Bear crawl

50 ft. Walking DB Lunge (choose weight)

Metcon (Weight)

200m sled pull+farmers carry (same weight as wednesday)
