20 dumbbell sit-ups (choose weight)

Rest 60 seconds

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

3 sets:

7 minute AMRAP:

5 manmakers (choose weight)

10 jumping squats

15 calorie row

Rest 3 minutes.

Metcon (Weight)

1 set:

100m sled pull (30-40#s heavier than last week

Rest one minute, then:

1 set:

100m farmers carry (heavier than last week)
