100 flutter kicks

20 ball slams

Rest 30 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 minute AMRAP:

10 dumbbell push presses (choose weight)

10 KB Swings (choose weight)

10 box stepovers

Metcon (No Measure)

Accumulate 500 feet of reverse sandbag drag

50 feet at a time, indoors.
