Bootcamp 17.3 (AMRAP – Reps)

24 minute AMRAP:

3 sets:

6 jumping pullups

6 DB Snatches (20/10)

3 sets:

7 jumping pullups

5 DB Snatches (25/15)

3 sets:

8 jumping pullups

4 DB Snatches (35/20)

3 sets:

9 jumping pullups

3 DB Snatches (45/25)

3 sets:

10 jumping pullups

2 DB Snatches (50/35)

3 sets:

11 jumping pullups

1 DB Snatch (50/35)

NOTE: DB Snatches are “each arm” (I.E. 5 DB Snatches really means 10)

If you are not comfortable with the listed weight, please scale accordingly.
