CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

Intro to manmakers

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes:

3-4 manmakers (choose weight)

Metcon (2 Rounds for weight)

21 minute EMOM:

1) 10 walking lunges (weight optional)

2) 10 DB push presses (choose weight)

3) 45 second plank hold

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 sets:

1 minute max effort burpees

rest 2 minutes
