E2MOM 6:

5 manmakers (same weight as last week)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min AMRAP:

10 DB thrusters (choose weight)

10 push ups

100m run
rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 min AMRAP:

10 calorie assault bike

15 calorie row

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 rounds:

100m sled sprint (25#)

rest 60 seconds
