25 weighted situps (choose weight)

10 elbow jacks

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes:

200m run

10 box jumps (choose height)

20 KB Swings (choose weight)

Metcon (Time)

200m sled run (25#)
