CrossFit Lifted – Bootcamp

Metcon (Weight)

6 min EMOM:

1) 30-40 second dead hang

2) 20 seated unsupported DB Presses

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

10 MIN EMOM:

1) 20 KB Swings (choose weight)

2) 7-10 burpees
rest 2 minutes, then:

Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

10 MIN EMOM:

100M SPRINT
Record your individual times on each round
