2) 15 bent over rows each arm (choose weight)

Metcon (5 Rounds for time)

5 sets :

100m run

10 weighted sit-ups (choose weight)

10 box jumps (choose height)

100m run

rest 2 minutes

Metcon (Weight)

400m sled pull
