20 medball squats (choose weight)

20 HR Push-ups

Immediately into:

10 minute AMRAP:

10 cal assault bike

10 cal row

Immediately into:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

15 box stepovers

15 burpees

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

30 second front rack stationary kettlebell march

Rest 30 seconds
