Tabata alternating for 5 sets each:
Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
10 minute AMRAP:
5 D-BALL CLEANS (OVER THE SHOULDER, CHOOSE WEIGHT)
10 knees to chest
15 box step ups or jumps (your choice, choose weight on the step ups if you’d like)
rest 2 minutes, then repeat.
2 separate rounds for reps. Every 50m meters of running counts as a rep.
400m sandbag carry (heavy)
